There's a lot of uncertainty about what that means for the large contingency in Nashville. However, they just shut down the Nashville office. They are NOT a remote-first company-they love their in-person gatherings. While it's possible to be religious and work here (I am and I do), Eventbrite has an ideology that opposes religion and they push that ideology on its employees through their communication and their community groups. As for the culture, if you are looking for an organization that aligns with religious beliefs, this is absolutely not the culture for you.
